To bridge this gap, employer organizations have started to adopt genetic health benefits to improve outcomes for their members. Biography
Lisa Alderson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Genome Medical, Inc., a digital health company bringing genetics to everyday life. Through its nationwide genomics telehealth service, Genome Medical provides expert genetic healthcare for individuals and their families to improve health and well being. Prior, Ms. Alderson served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Invitae (NYSE: NVTA), a rapidly growing genetic information company. She was also the former CEO and president of CrossLoop Inc., a marketplace for technical services (acquired by Nasdaq: AVG). Prior to that, she was part of the start-up team at Genomic Health Inc. (Nasdaq: GHDX), president of Cinema Circle Inc., (acquired by Nasdaq: GAIA) and the former manager of strategic planning at The Walt Disney Co. She has an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Colorado State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Biography
Pat Leckman has 25 years of global consulting and HR leadership experience. Since Pat joined in 2010, Illumina has experienced rapid growth. During this time, Pat has delivered progressive strategies in global compensation, benefits and HR technology, as well as leading the launch of the first global Workplace Genomics program. Prior to joining Illumina, Pat worked as a senior consultant with Watson Wyatt and held various leadership roles at NVIDIA, Cisco and Perot Systems across several HR disciplines. While with Perot Systems, Pat spent eight years in Europe in HR leadership roles as well as designing, contracting and implementing major IT outsourcing agreements and joint ventures.

Biography
Annette has managed US benefit plans and corporate wellness initiatives at Genomic Health, Inc. for the past five years. She has partnered with her team to develop and launch a new corporate wellness strategy leveraging Virgin Pulse, reduce 401k participant fees, improve overall medical plan cost containment, and develop a comprehensive ADA process. Annette has several years of Total Rewards experience in the high technology industry managing international benefit plans, retirement plans, corporate wellness, health/welfare plans, as well as several HR/Benefits systems. On a personal level, Annette is a San Jose native. She has two sons attending college and recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. Annette enjoys hiking and biking and serving the House of Grace which helps women recover from various addictions.

M.D., Executive Director, Corporate Employee Health, Novartis Services, Inc.

Biography
Dr. Goldsmith is Executive Director for Health at Novartis Services, Inc., where his responsibilities include oversight of health services and clinical support for the Novartis Benefits Group. He is currently working on novel programs that expand employer-sponsored primary medical care. Prior to his employment with Novartis, he served as Associate Global Medical Director for General Electric and had been in private medical practice in his hometown of Stamford, Connecticut. Dr. Goldsmith received his M.D. from Albert Einstein College, trained at Greenwich Hospital and the Yale-New Haven Medical Center and earned his Masters in Public Health from the University of Connecticut. He is a clinical instructor in Medicine at Columbia University. In addition to his corporate career, Dr. Goldsmith is a team physician for Stamford’s high school athletes and has published on occupational risk among marijuana users, innovations in primary prevention and exercise-induced asthma.

Biography
Jeffrey M. Davis, MD, MPH, is a senior health consultant with the global health and benefits consultancy of Willis Towers Watson (WTW). In this capacity he supports the development and implementation of health benefits strategies for large, self-insured employers. Dr. Davis also serves as a part time corporate medical director for a US based, global employer. He is located in the San Francisco Health and Benefits Practice. Before coming to WTW he served as senior medical director for xG Health Solutions, a Geisinger Health System company with expertise in ACO and Advanced Patient-Centered Medical Home development/population health strategies/and population health analytics. He arrived at xG Health Solutions after five years as the Chief Medical Officer of Avivia Health, a population health Kaiser Permanente company and two years as the Medical Director, National Accounts for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, Program Office (Oakland, CA). Prior to that he held the position of Chief Medical Officer for LifeMasters Supported SelfCare, a large, national Disease Management Organization that provided population-based, chronic disease management programs to health plans and large employers. Dr. Davis earned his medical degree from the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He completed both a pediatric residency and clinical research fellowship training in medical genetics at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. He is board-certified in both Pediatrics and Medical Genetics, Dr. Davis also received his BA from Princeton University/undergraduate fellow at the Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs and a master’s degree in epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health.
