Biography
Joseph Lamb completed his education at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA and his Internal Medicine residency at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Holistic Medicine/Integrative Medicine, he is a Founding Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. In 2013, he achieved certification as an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner. Dr. Lamb is the Principal Investigator for LIFE-HOUSE – a Lifestyle Intervention and Functional Evaluation: a Health OUtcomes SurvEy. Past experiences include 17 years of private practice in Alexandria, Virginia and 4 years as Senior Clinician at the Hypertension Institute in Nashville, TN. Dr Lamb has been the Primary Investigator in over 75 clinical studies to date. He has lectured internationally and authored multiple book chapters and academic papers. LIFEHOUSE (Lifestyle Intervention and Functional Evaluation - a Health OUtcomes SurvEy) is a longitudinal research project designed to evaluate the impact of a personalized lifestyle, precision medicine intervention program.
The PMWC 2020 Wellness & Aging Showcase will provide a 15-minute time slot for selected companies in Wellness and Aging to present their latest technologies to an audience of leading investors, potential clients, and partners. We will hear from selected companies that build innovative solutions and harness the power of digital health, genomics, and data science with the goal to proactively prevent disease, maintain optimal health, and slow down aging.
